  • 10 Year Commercial Limited Wear Warranty - Manufacturer warrants this carpet to the original owner for the original installation against excessive indoor abrasion wear for 10 years from the date of purchase.
  • Excluded from this warranty are tears, pilling, crushing, staining, burns, odor, cuts, soiling, matting, damage due to athletic equipment, damage caused by chairs with roller casters or
    the improper use of cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
  • Carpet installed on stairs is excluded from this warranty. If testing shows the carpet has lost more than 10 percent of it's pile fiber, manufacturer will replace the warranted carpet in the affected area at it's expense, including installation, materials and freight, other than the cost of removing equipment, furnishing, partitions, etc. that may have been installed over the carpet
    since original installation.
  • If state laws do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages this exclusion does not apply.
  • This warranty gives specific rights and my permit additional rights, which vary from state to state.
